Pickler's childhood was a rocky one. At the age of two, her mother abandoned her in order to escape her abusive husband. Pickler had her mother back within her family by the year 1995. They took charge of Pickler. But it didn't take place as expected. Pickler, then 12, was remanded to her parents through the justices. They raised her until she turned an adult. Pickler was busy with raising her younger siblings in the absence of her parents. Pickler admitted she didn't get enough time for school, and she began to be a domestic worker at an early stage. Pickler was part of her high school's and middle school's cheerleading team. North Stanly High School, where she was a graduate in 2004 it was her high school. Pickler attempted to make a name for herself in the world of beauty contests. The name she was given was Miss Stanly.
